Delivery

What are the delivery times?
We deliver in France within 3 to 5 business days. For international deliveries, allow 7 to 14 days depending on the destination.

Is delivery free?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your address and the weight of your order.

Orders and Returns

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of your order at contact@precieuxcosmetique.fr and we will do our best to modify or cancel your order before shipping.

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to return an unopened and unused product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your products dermatologically tested?
Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested and formulated without parabens.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are designed to suit all skin types. If in doubt, we recommend doing a patch test on a small area before use.

What payment methods do you accept?
