Return Policy
Right of Return
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product, in accordance with European legislation on the right of withdrawal.
To be accepted, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its intact original packaging
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase
Non-refundable products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup and skincare products cannot be returned.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@precieuxcosmetique.fr indicating:
- Your order number
- The product(s) concerned
- The reason for the return
We will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions.
Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Refund
Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective Product or Error
If you have received a defective product or an error in your order, contact us immediately at contact@precieuxcosmetique.fr. We will cover the return costs and send you the correct product at no additional charge.
